Respected Sir,
I am writing on behalf of my classmates to request an improvement in our school's sports infrastructure. At present, we have no proper volleyball net, the badminton court has no marking, and the sports period is often cancelled due to a shortage of supervising staff. Several students who are talented in athletics and kabaddi have no opportunity to train seriously.
We request the school administration to procure basic sports equipment for at least three or four games, assign a regular sports teacher, and ensure that the scheduled games period is not cancelled. This would greatly benefit both the physical fitness and morale of students.
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.
