• Undernutrition Factors:
  Inadequate/poor diets, illness, poverty, compromised maternal health, and poor sanitation drive undernutrition in India. This leads to children being underweight or stunted, hindering their immunity and development.
• Overnutrition Drivers:
  Shifting lifestyles, increased reliance on motorized transport, reduced physical activity, and the consumption of processed foods are contributing to overnutrition and obesity.
