Step 1: Look at what the head tells us.
The head appears bigger than normal, and a magnified, upright image close to the mirror is the signature of a concave mirror, so the top section must be concave.
Step 2: Look at the middle of the body.
The middle portion looks exactly the same size as the real body, and only a plane mirror always gives a same size, upright image regardless of distance, so the middle strip is a plane mirror.
Step 3: Look at the legs.
The legs look smaller than they really are, and a convex mirror is the only type that always produces a diminished, upright image, so the bottom strip is convex.
Step 4: Read the order from top to bottom.
Putting the sections together in the order we identified them gives concave first, then plane, then convex.
