Step 1: Recall what a sensor does.
A remote sensing sensor detects electromagnetic energy that a target reflects or gives off, either passively or actively.
Step 2: Check hyperspectral.
A hyperspectral sensor records energy in many narrow bands, so it is a genuine remote sensing sensor.
Step 3: Check LiDAR.
LiDAR sends out laser pulses and times the return, so it is an active remote sensing sensor.
Step 4: Check radar.
Radar sends out microwave pulses and records the echo, so it too is a real remote sensing sensor.
Step 5: Look at the microphone.
A microphone picks up sound waves, not electromagnetic energy, so it has nothing to do with remote sensing.
Step 6: State the answer.
The one that is not a remote sensing sensor is the microphone.
\[ \boxed{\text{Microphone}} \]
