- Financial Support: Banks and financial institutions facilitated access to credit for SSIs through priority sector lending.
- Infrastructure Assistance: Industrial estates were established, and common facilities were made available.
- Skill and Technology Development: The government provided training and technology upgrade initiatives to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
- Marketing Assistance: Marketing support was offered via exhibitions, trade fairs, and government purchasing programs.
