Only once this functional skeleton is set, go back to the water bottle's design language and apply it on top: soften the oval's corners to match the bottle's rounded aesthetic, reshape the lid into the same bulbous forms seen on the bottle's cap, and style the latch to visually echo the bottle's push-button lid mechanism.
Apply the bottle's circle-and-ring graphic pattern onto the now-styled surface last, treating it as a finishing layer rather than a starting point.
Render both items together, checking that the final lunch box still works practically as a lunch box first, and reads as a styled match to the bottle second.
Starting from function and layering the bottle's look on afterward helps avoid a lunch box that looks right but would be awkward for a child to actually use.
