Individuals with ARh- blood can receive transfusions from donors whose blood lacks anti-A antibodies, anti-B antibodies, and the Rh factor. Compatibility is assessed as follows:
ARh- (D): Compatible, due to the absence of A and B antigens and the Rh factor.
ORh- (C): Compatible, due to the absence of A and B antigens and the Rh factor.
All other blood types are incompatible with ARh- blood because they possess either A or B antigens, or the Rh factor.
